OT-ness to start: Go see Wall-E, folks. It's amazing. I can't believe that Pixar managed to sneak this thought-provoking, post-apocalyptic, anti-megacorporate, satirical sci-fi movie into the Disney release stream. And the beautiful ending credit sequence alone brought me to tears.
That said, the few people complaining that it's too environmentalist? Only if you think that poisoning the Earth is so utterly impossible — and insidious — a premise, that it shouldn't even be broached in speculative fiction. Much like Harry Potter and his evil Satanic witchcraft! </snark>

In addition to the Movie two-packs at Target on clearance, the original Movie dolls are on sale at KB now through Sunday! It's probably a good idea to buy the Target two-packs at $7 & change and stock up on Sasha's from KB. That's what I'll be doing! Happy 4th Betches!

Last night on one my excursions to the Red Dot Boutique I picked up a few items, but I couldn't leave without checking out the Bratz aisle. Nothing really to look at but a bunch of clearanced Closmins from this past Spring, but I DID manage to find one of each of the new Babyz, minus Sasha of course. I can appreciate the creative reinvention, but I've never really been into the Babyz. I like Jade, but I think I'll probably pass on all of them, since there's so many regular Bratz I want. I'm hoping I'll find some new girls this weekend since over at Dolly Cafeteria theReally Rock Collection was found at Toys R Us

All right, so I went to the Toys R Us in Bridgewater, New Jersey, where I found the Bratz Girlz Really Rock dolls in stock. I captured a few photos, and I will admit: The photos did not come out good, because I had my camera on the wrong resolution setting! However, at least you can see that, yes, I did find these in stock at Toys R Us.
I did not purchase Cloe or Jade, since they had bad face paint jobs. I will purchase these at a later time. Also, I ordered Bratz Girlz Really Rock Sasha online and found out that Amazon shipped my order today!
Bratz Girlz Really Rock will be available at all major retailers in the United States of America and throughout the entire universe.

This past weekend was Pride weekend here in NYC, and while I did celebrate on Sat(more on that later) I stayed in for the parade on Sunday and instead did some Bratz hunting with DJ. I also happened to catch "WALL-E"
I was leaning more towards seeing WANTED with Angelina(surprising since I'm a big fan of all things animated) but I left the theatre with an overwhelming feeling of heart-warmth. Theres really no other words to describe it. lol For some, it may even make you tear up a bit, but not in a sappy way. It's just that WALL-E is just so damn adorable, especially in his 1st few interactions with the character EVE.
I think a big part of its gripping appeal is that the lack of superfluous dialog allows us to become even more emotionally attached to the characters. I really wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I was intrigued by how different it felt from any other "Disney" film. Nothing pink, fluffy, or traditionally cute so to speak. The opening sequence felt more like a scene from "The Day After Tomorrow" as a matter of fact.
Wall-E also seems to hop onto the environmental awareness trend thats pretty big now, lets see how long THAT lasts. I liked Wall-E not only for its cuteness but for its humorous social commentary. It kinda gave me a feeling of urgency, at least for the duration of the film. With that said, I wonder if the packaging for all the WALL-E toys are biodegradable? Either way, go see it. It's worth it.

Hey everyone I thought I post that Carolann got a new baby Bratz! We got only one but we also see Yasmin and Jade there too at Target
I noticed no one in any of the groups post about this come out what with that~! I was told shocked by the find and all the other new dolls on the shelf that were not post in the groups! It don't seam to matter anyways no one seam to care about the baby bratz anymore!! But we thought it was a find!

OK, so Mattel's continuing the BarbieGirls.com thing with "Unlockets", vaguely Pinky St.-like figurines which sound like they unlock minigames on the site. Here's another set, with no pic. Searching for more photos was unfruitful because they've used the same "Unlockets" name for some Pixel Chix product, and ASMzine's product photo gallery seems to be dead.
But last year when the Barbie Girls MP3 widgets came out, I was annoyed that they basically came in your choice of white, white and white. And now they're putting out the second generation of widgets, and they're... so far, all white. Weak! Maybe that second set without the photos will prove me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.
Toys R Us Canada seems to have deleted the new Bratz doll listings. Boo!

Bratz, Barbies and anime chara ranging from '86 - present. All dolls Mint in Box/Never Removed from Box and priced to move. there are some great pieces for a beginning collector.
